Cancellation & policies
So that we can serve every client well, please review our policies before your appointment.
Appointment cancellation policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be completed at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount for the scheduled services.
- Requests for changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are not permitted.
Late arrivals
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will incur the full charge for the services you had scheduled.
- Should you arrive late and wish to continue with the appointment, the service will be adjusted to a single-colour application, and the original charge will still apply.
- For clients whose initial booking was for a single-colour service and who arrive more than 15 minutes late, an additional service charge of $20 will be assessed.
Removal fees
- Soft / hard gel: $15 with a new service (sets from other salons); $30 removal only. Complimentary for sets originally done by us with a new service, except Basic Mani, Hand Spa or Basic Pedi.
- UV gel / acrylic / Gel-X / extensions: $25 with a new service (sets from other salons); $40 removal only.
- Removal followed by a Basic Mani or Hand Spa (sets from any salon): removal fee plus $35 (Basic Mani) or $45 (Hand Spa). For pedicures: removal fee plus $55 (Basic Pedi) or $70 (Foot Spa).
- Heavily structured or embellished sets (cat claw / dragon claw, 3D designs, charms, rhinestones): $40 removal only regardless of gel type; $25 with a new set from other salons.
Length & design pricing
- Natural nails measuring 18–23 mm in length incur an additional $20; longer than 23 mm, an additional $30.
- Long, Extra Long and longer Gel-X lengths are subject to an additional charge due to the increased service time.
- Re-used extensions 25–30 mm long incur an additional $20; longer than 30 mm, an additional $30.
- If you book “Textured Metal Art” or “Other Designs”, the starting price applies even if you switch to a simpler style during the appointment.
- Weekday combo pricing applies only Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Appointments booked outside these hours are charged at regular prices.
